Trick-or-Treat Among the Animals
Presented by Murdock Manhattan

Saturday, October 18, 2014 & Sunday, October 19, 2014 • Noon to 4:30pm Each Day

Trick-or-treat among the animals by visiting five candy trails sponsored by local business and not-for-profit organizations. Family-friendly activities throughout the Zoo, a costume contest featuring live animal encounters and an eerily-decorated Nature Exploration Center await each SPOOKtacular guest!

Special Admission Rates
  • $5 per trick-or-treating child (any age), two adults admitted free with each paid child's admission
  • Children 2 & under (that are not trick-or-treating) admitted free
  • FOSZ members receive $1 off each child's admission
  • Regular admission of $4/adult applies to any additional adults & non trick-or-treating guests. FOSZ adult members are free.

Costumes, Candy Bags & Parking
  • Wear your costumes - adults and kids! Have fun and be creative, just remember you're walking through the Zoo. You can even win prizes for top costume during the Friends of Sunset Zoo's Costume Contest.
  • Bring your candy bags to collect your candy loot.
  • Parking is available in the Zoo's main lot & the grass fields that surround the Zoo's entry. We'll have folks directing traffic - be patient & drive slowly.

Advance Tickets
Unfortunately, the goblins and ghouls have played with our online ticketing system and we're experiencing technical difficulties. Advance tickets are currently not available to purchase online, but you can absolutely get your tickets when you arrive at the Zoo today or tomorrow. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to have the cobwebs cleaned out soon!
