• Adoption Letter: personalized letter congratulating you on your Zoo Parent adoption.
• Adoption Certificate: certificate confirming your status as a Zoo Parent.
• Bio Facts Sheet: information sheet about your adopted species.
• Picture: printed 4x6 animal photo.
• Name on Website: you will be listed on our "Zoo Parent" webpage next to the animal you have adopted along with your giving level.
• Gift Shop Voucher: A gift shop voucher included for Caregiver $10, Partner $15, and Guardian $25, valid during regular hours for Sunset Zoo merchandise, redeemable in a single transaction without change.
• Note from Keepers: a "Thank You" card from the keepers will be signed and included.
• Family Zoo Pass: Single-use zoo pass for up to five guests (not valid for special events or fundraisers).
• Exhibit Meet and Greet**: a behind-the-scenes exhibit meet-and-greet for up to five guests at the animals' habitat.

*Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing and shipping with Zoo Parent Caregiver, Partner, or Guardian level. If you selected pick-up you can retrieve your order at the ticket booth during regular business hours after receiving an email confirmation.

**Exhibit Meet and Greet experience varies based on keeper schedules, animal well-being, and exhibit structure. For safety, all participants must follow zoo staff and keeper instructions. A two-week advance notice is required.
