Scientific Name: Melanoides tuberculata

These omnivore snails will feed on anything they come across such as fish food, algae pellets, dead fish, dead plants, and vegetables. Their lifespan is about a year. 

Size: ¼ inch to ½ inch

Diet: Opportunistic but will look for Algae

Habitat: Found in Southeast Asia slow moving freshwater

Conservation Status: Least Concern
