Sales tax will be added to admission rates at check out.

Museums for All guests must show a valid EBT card and photo ID to receive discounted admission for up to four individuals per card per visit, plus any additional youth (ages 2-17) in the same household as the cardholder. Valid during regular operating hours. Some restrictions may apply.

Show a local hotel key card or receipt to receive $2 off a regular adult admission.

Group Visits & School Field Trips

Bringing a group for a visit? Adult tour groups can enjoy a discounted price of $9 per adult with a 20-person minimum. To schedule your visit, complete our Book a Group Visit form.

Specialized rates for school field trips are also available, and our staff can even provide an educational program during your visit.

Become A Member

For the cost of three visits, you can become a member of the Flint Hills Discovery Center to enjoy free daily admission and many other great members-only benefits.

Note: We are closed to the public on Mondays, but are available for group visits, field trips, special events, etc. Please call our guest services staff for more information.

In between temporary exhibits, there will be a period of time when the Tallgrass Gallery will be temporarily closed in preparation for the new exhibit. Please excuse the interruption and take extra time to enjoy all of the other aspects of our facility!

Travel Program Reciprocal Membership Admittance Policy

Photo ID, membership card, and proof of residence required at check-in. 

Free general admission for:

• Individual Membership (one person on membership) - card holder.
• Group Membership (two or more people on a membership) - two adults and up to four children (17 and younger) residing in the same household. One adult cardholder must be present.

These benefits do not include free or discounted admission to special programs or events, nor does it include museum store discounts and other benefits associated with museum membership unless stated otherwise. Some exclusions apply.

Reciprocal Network Admittance Policy

Photo ID and membership card with the ACM sticker required at check-in.
