During Little Apple Day Camp can enjoy a summer full of arts, crafts, swimming, excursions, and more at this Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) licensed day camp. It is based in the City Park Pavilion and runs weekdays from 7:30am to 5:30pm. All trips and activity fees are included in the session cost. MPRD Kid's Summer Camps

Kid's Summer Camps offer a variety of week-long, specialty camps designed to keep kids engaged, active, and exploring their interests all summer long. Each camp focuses on a specific theme—ranging from dance, STEM, sports, and arts & crafts to outdoor adventure and park explorer camps—giving participants the chance to learn new skills and try something new in a fun, supportive environment.

Camps are available for a wide range of ages, beginning as young as 7 years old and up to 17 years old, with activities and instruction tailored to each age group.

Sunset Zoo Safari Camps

At Sunset Zoo Safari Camp, kids enjoy weekly sessions that bring to life a new set of animal and nature-based themes. Campers visit zoo exhibits, interact with the zoo's educational animal ambassadors and explore behind-the-scenes areas. Snacks are provided and participants will need to bring a sack lunch.
